ELESIArt ships internationally, including to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and many other destinations.

Every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged to protect your selected pieces during transit.

Order processing time: 2–5 business days.

Estimated international delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, local postal services and circumstances beyond our control.

Final Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices displayed on the English version of ELESIArt are final and include shipping costs.

No additional shipping or handling fees are charged by ELESIArt at checkout. The price displayed when you complete your order is the total amount payable to our store.

By confirming your order, you agree to the final price displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Tracking

International orders are shipped through A1 Post and its delivery partners.

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities may apply.

These charges are not collected by ELESIArt and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the final order price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
